Stayed here for a visit to the theatre & it couldn't be more convenient for the theatre as it is on the same road. The room was a good size & very nicely decorated. There was ample parking. It's an easy walk into town for the shops & for the cathedral.

Fantastic place, I wish every city would have one Signature Suites with this fantastic facilities. Starting from the Reception staff, cleaning staff, rooms, laundry room and everything else. If there were 6 stars I would have given them 100%.!!!

We have had numerous groups that we act for stay with Signature and the team and facilities there are fantastic. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.

Probably the easiest booking I’ve ever made - was near by already, called the reception and was giving a room within 10 minutes - was remotely let in and given a key 🔑 fantastic rooms, beautiful bathroom, will make these suites my regular now!

Good rooms warm comfortable as bit over priced .but local to shops etc very secure .good highly decorated friendly staff. But on my stay was noisey on 2 nights ..parking spaces CCTV all round ..

Stayed here a few times now and can't fault it. Everyone I've spoken to are professional and helpful. The rooms are always clean and they have everything you need in them!

I came all the way from stoke, for a business meeting. I came later than predicted but the service was amazing. Room was lovely and all around i had a very relaxing, comforting time.

Lovely, clean and spacious Studio's. Car parks are available and a communal washing machine and dryer available in the building.

Terrible customer service. Mistakenly made a booking and requested a cancellation with booking.com who were brilliant. They contacted the hotel via email who said they weren’t getting the correspondence? Every time I called Signature the lady who answered the phone sighed and was no help, when all I was trying to do was resolve a situation that was costing me £100. Booking.com requested that the cancellation should be free of charge as it was mistakenly made by someone else on my phone. I told the hotel that I was cancelling so did booking.com however I got an email the next day saying that I was “no show” and that I couldn’t get any reduction on the cancellation fee. I accept some responsibility for the booking but the way it was handled by them was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend just on the customer service alone. Seemed like they just wanted to make some money without doing any work?

Very nice room. Funky little mini kitchens. Huge TVs. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Parking. What else do you need.
